Se le agrega la sal y la pimienta y se deja macerar durante una hora. Mientras tanto la pasta de man\u00ed se le coloca un litro de agua para diluirla en ella, luego se pone a hervir durante 1 hora. Esta salsa se le agrega al pollo que esta macerado en el jugo de lim\u00f3n.
