Las reuniones han estado presididas por los inspectores generales de ambos cuerpos, el comandante general mozambique\u00f1o Bernadino Rafael y su hom\u00f3logo ruand\u00e9s Dan Munyuza.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El antecedente que ha supuesto la ayuda ruandesa en la provincia de Mozambique ha motivado al pa\u00eds a entablar reuniones de negociaci\u00f3n para la firma de acuerdos de cooperaci\u00f3n en materias de seguridad y defensa. El general Bernadino insisti\u00f3, en numerosas ocasiones durante las reuniones, en la gran capacidad y efectividad que ha demostrado ostentar el gobierno de Kigali en la lucha antiterrorista.<\/p>\n<p>La cooperaci\u00f3n y ayuda prestadas por Ruanda a Mozambique no se limitaron \u00fanicamente al env\u00edo de fuerzas militares para la lucha sobre el terreno.
