Conversamos con el analista pol\u00edtico mexicano Carlos Luj\u00e1n especializado en \u00c1frica.<\/p>\n<p>La severa crisis pol\u00edtica y social que sufre Guinea-Bis\u00e1u tras la decisi\u00f3n del presidente Umaro Sissoco Embal\u00f3 de disolver el Parlamento luego de denunciar un intento de golpe de Estado, se encuentra en su punto m\u00e1s \u00e1lgido con consecuencias devastadoras para su poblaci\u00f3n, cercana a los dos millones de habitantes.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El 1 de diciembre, el agregado de la embajada rusa en Guinea-Bis\u00e1u, Dan\u00edl Bichurin, declar\u00f3 a Sputnik que las fuerzas del orden del pa\u00eds detuvieron durante la noche al ministro de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas, Suleimane Seidi, y al secretario de Estado de Hacienda, Ant\u00f3nio Monteiro.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u00abEst\u00e1n ocurriendo asuntos pol\u00edticos muy graves en este pa\u00eds de \u00c1frica Occidental, que se arrastran desde hace mucho tiempo. A lo largo de su vida independiente desde 1974, ha pasado por sucesivos a golpes de Estado e inestabilidad pol\u00edtica que no ha podido resolver\u00bb, dijo a Telescopio el economista y analista pol\u00edtico internacional mexicano Carlos Luj\u00e1n, especializado en \u00c1frica.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Umaro Sissoco Embal\u00f3, es un exgeneral del Ej\u00e9rcito que gan\u00f3 en la segunda vuelta de las elecciones presidenciales de diciembre de 2019. En ese momento, su oponente impugn\u00f3 los resultados.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u00abEl 70% de la poblaci\u00f3n en Guinea-Bis\u00e1u vive en pobreza. El pa\u00eds tiene un serio d\u00e9ficit en infraestructura y comunicaciones.
