Constituyente y Derechos Humanos.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Por sugerencia del Viceministro Reinaldo Bol\u00edvar y luego de una conversaci\u00f3n con Modesto Ruiz, en torno al sentido de este seminario, surge la posibilidad que el mismo sirva para estructurar la propuesta de los afrodescendientes a la Constituyente, proponiendo tambi\u00e9n la metodolog\u00eda de mesas de trabajo, m\u00e1s que de charlas. Por otro lado, sabiendo las limitaciones de esta \u00faltima propuesta, sugerimos continuar con la modalidad de conversatorios, donde trataremos de que cada tema vaya aportando a la construcci\u00f3n de la propuesta afro para la constituyente.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oscar Feo.
